A Look Back Through 2021

2021 was certainly a year for the books. Two more workshops, 11 awesome weddings, continued commercial work, and lots and lots of wildlife photography is just a small sliver what I've been up to, but I thought it would be need to highlight some of my favorite projects of the year.

I spent a lot of time at the Jordan River this year. Photographing wildlife has become a way for me to really connect to my local ecosystems in a way I never had. I've come to learn of so many species that come and go the area. I was able to watch a pair of bald eagles hatch two new eaglets. I was able catch countless green heron fishing and chasing each other. I got to see some rare species for the area, like a Wilsons Snipe and the American Coot. Below are some of my favorites over the year.

Admittedly, prioritizing wildlife photography allowed me less time for other forms of photography. That said, I have a few landscape images over the year I really enjoyed.
